  1. Non-Refundable Items: Customized or personalized items are ineligible for refunds unless due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part. Items bought during special promotions or at discounted prices may also be non-refundable unless stated otherwise. 
  1. 3. Refund Process: To initiate a refund, contact our customer service team with order details and reason for return. Upon approval, receive return instructions. After inspection, if eligible, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. 
  1. 4. Shipping Costs: Customers cover return shipping unless due to a manufacturing defect or our error. 
  1. 5. Exchanges: Direct exchanges are not offered. For exchanges, initiate a return and place a new order. 
  1. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items: Contact us immediately for damaged, defective, or missing items. We will arrange replacements or full refunds, including shipping charges, upon mandatory submission of a parcel opening video. 
  1. Changes to Refund Policy: Enchantica reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice, effective immediately upon posting on our website.
